
Functional Fitness Course Contents
As a Functional Fitness member, you can attend all classes in the functional fitness program 7 days a week. Our group lessons last 1 hour. Each lesson is held in our Crossfit area with a coach in group of 8-15 people (we diminished class quotation to 8 during pandemic). Ex Animo has seperate classes for Fuctional fitness components...
Gymnastics Class
With gymnastics exercises, athletes gain flexibility, as well as physically strengthen and have a much more agile physique. In our gymnastics classes, exercises are usually carried out with body weight, complementing our functional fitness program, including Bar, Ring, Floor movements, and supporting the physical development of the person at all levels.
Seperated Functional component classes will make it easier for you to get results and will provide you an efficient understanding of movement patterns.
Weightlifting Class
In addition to many movements that support the basic movement pattern of the weightlifting discipline (which has been among the Olympic sports since 1896) total strength and strength training are generally performed in our lessons that include lifting movements within the functional fitness method. Our weightlifting lessons include basic movements that can be adapted to any physique, age, gender and needs.
Hip & Core Class
In our lesson, we focus on the hips and abdomen area spesifically. In our lesson we focus core muscles, which are mostly skipped during the training order but core is where the force created and flow to our body. "Core to extremity" is the key. We are working on activation, strengthening, shaping, rehabilitation and support of surrounding muscle groups, and power transmission mechanisms.
Metcon Class
Metcon: "Met" abolic "Con" ditioning, we do Metabolic Conditioning exercises with high heart rates that come to mind when it comes to Functional Fitness generally High intensity makes this method effective. Metcon classes may contain all the elements of Gymnastics-Weightlifting-Monostructural (Running, Rowing, Doubleunder etc.).
Mobility Class
"Mobility" means being able to move freely without stressing your body, a good mobility supports your flexibility and flexibility supports your mobility. We include mobility and flexibility elements to the course content. It is held on Saturdays between 11: 00-11: 45 with our instructors who are well trained in anatomy.
Fundemental training
If you have not done Functional Fitness before, it is mandatory to take the Basic training course. In training courses, basic information about Functional Fitness method given , Movements and technical descriptions are given to accelerate your adaptation to workouts. Each member can attend these courses free for one time onlyof charge when registered.
